The art of Ikebana arrives at Open Form.

Join Fooraku sensei, a Kyoto-based master instructor from the Sogetsu School, for an introduction to the art and philosophy of Ikebana.

Beginning with a demonstration and conversation, the workshop will continue with a guided hands-on session where each participant will create a contemporary moribana-style arrangement using seasonal materials and a handmade vessel from Earthseed, Fooraku Sensei's nonprofit initiative dedicated to reducing plastic waste in the Kyoto region.

Take home both your arrangement and vessel.
